(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Before you (or the “Member”) start using the LINKGOODS Services provided by the Company, you should carefully read all the terms of the Terms of Service. Once you complete the registration process or start using the Services, you understand and fully agree to the Terms of Service. If you cannot agree to and comply with the Terms of Service, you should immediately stop using the Services.

The Company may, for specific LINKGOODS services, separately announce the service terms or related regulations (individual terms) based on the nature of such specific services. You shall not use text that involves impersonation, imitation, disparaging celebrities or brands, or violation of public order and good customs or harm to specific groups. If the Company determines that there is a violation of the foregoing provisions, the Company may stop providing the Services to you or take other appropriate measures. If you provide incomplete, incorrect, or false information, or if you do not log in to your membership account for a long term (6 months or more), the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services. [Note: It is recommended that your account name not be the same as your username, lest a cybersecurity concern should arise.]

You shall be responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of the username and password you obtain upon creation of the account, and for all actions performed on the Services after logging in with the username and password. You are recommended to log out after each use and shall not transfer or lend the information related to the account to others for use. If you fail to comply with the foregoing obligations, resulting in your account and password being stolen or misused by others, you shall bear the related damages independently of the Company. You shall be responsible for any safety concerns caused by incorrect or outdated information. If an unauthorized person uses your account or password or discovers other security vulnerabilities, you agree to notify the Company immediately, and the Company will assist in taking appropriate measures.

LINKGOODS is a multi-link tool website that allows members to centrally manage and promote links and pictures of information, products, or services from different channels, and then use the personal URLs provided by the Services to members to expose and promote them through various media according to the member's choice so that you can quickly grasp the effectiveness of related marketing activities. The various data analyses or summaries provided by the Services to members may be incomplete due to the privacy settings of users or the software and hardware they use. Members acknowledge and understand that such data are provided to you for reference only. You shall bear the risks involved if you want to use such data for other commercial purposes.

LINKGOODS offers free tiers and paid subscription services. The subscription program and price might vary depending on the location and currency type. Where payment in foreign currency is involved, the actual debited amount will be determined subject to the foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of debit and the service charges applied by your payment institution (e.g., the credit card company).

1. Subscription and renewal: If you choose the paid subscription program, you shall provide complete and correct billing information to process the payment. You can choose to subscribe to the Services on a monthly basis or a yearly basis. We will automatically charge you per the payment method set by you until you cancel the setting on this website. Taking the monthly subscription program as an example, if your first payment date is the 5th of the current month, the subsequent debit dates will be fixed on the 5th of each month. If the first payment date is the last day of each month (e.g., the 31st) while there is no such date in the current month, the debit date for that month will be automatically adjusted as the last day of that month. The same calculation method and charges shall be applied to the yearly subscription program. If your payment fails due to reasons such as expired card or insufficient limit, and you have not canceled the subscription, LINKGOODS will recalculate the next billing cycle applicable to you on the date you successfully make the payment. LINKGOODS reserves the right to suspend or restrict your access to the paid features, or degrade your account to the free tier, until the payment or debit is successful.
2. Free Trial: LINKGOODS might offer you a free trial to allow you to experience the paid features. Each user may enjoy the free trial only once. LINKGOODS will use the email address or third-party login account (e.g., Google, LINE, Facebook, etc.) associated with your registered account as the basis for determining free trial eligibility. LINKGOODS reserves the right to set the eligibility criteria and adjust the free trial and period thereof.
3. Cancel: You may cancel the subscription via the subscription management section in the account at any time. Upon cancellation of the subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid, but you can still continue to use LINKGOODS' paid features until the end of the subscription period already paid by you. Upon expiration of the relevant cycle, your account will be transferred to the free tier automatically, or access to the paid features will cease in accordance with the regulations of the Services.
4. Change: LINKGOODS may change the subscription program price from time to time, if necessary. We will notify you of the price increase, if any, at least 30 days in advance, and any price increase will take effect as of your next renewal, so that you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the price increase.

The Terms of Service may be changed whenever the Company deems it necessary. The revised Terms of Service and individual terms will be posted in an appropriate place on the Company's operating website, which shall take effect on the date specified in the notice. If there is a significant impact on member rights, the member will be notified by email to their registered email address. Please pay attention to the relevant announcements or notifications.
