Welcome to LINKGOODS services, which include, but are not limited to, the LINKGOODS website (https://linkgoods.com/) and other products, official websites, and social platforms operated under the LINKGOODS brand (hereinafter referred to as “the Services” or “LINKGOODS”) provided by MESh + Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Before you start using the LINKGOODS Services provided by the Company, you should carefully read all the terms of this Terms of Service. Once you complete the registration process or start using the Services, you have understood and fully agreed to all the terms of this Terms of Service. The username you choose for the Services shall appear as the suffix of your personal URL in the Services, for example: https://linkgoods.com/linkgoods。Usernames are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the username you choose must respect intellectual property rights and the names or titles of others. You shall not use text that involves clinging to, imitating, hating celebrities or brands, violating public order and good customs or harming specific groups. If the Company determines that there is a violation of the foregoing provisions, the Company may stop providing the Services to you or take other appropriate measures. If you provide incomplete, incorrect, or false information or do not log in to your membership account for a long time (6 months or more), the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account service. [Note: It is recommended that your account name not be the same as your username, which is less secure.]

You are responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of the account and password you obtain, and you shall be responsible for all actions performed on the Services after logging in with this username and password. You are recommended to log out after each use and shall not transfer or lend the Services to others for use. If you fail to comply with the foregoing obligations, resulting in your account and password being stolen or misused by others, the Company cannot bear any responsibility for any losses or damages. You shall be responsible for any problems caused by incorrect or outdated information. If an unauthorized person uses your account or password or discovers other security vulnerabilities, you agree to notify the Company immediately, and the Company will assist in taking appropriate measures.

LINKGOODS is a multi-link tool website that allows members to centrally manage and promote links and pictures of information, products, or services from different channels and then use the personal URLs provided by the Services to members to expose and promote them through various media according to the member’s choice so that you can quickly grasp the effectiveness of related marketing activities. The various data analyses or summaries provided by the Services to members may be incomplete due to the privacy settings of users and the software and hardware they use. Members acknowledge and understand that such data is for reference only. You shall bear the risks involved if you want to use such data for other commercial purposes.

If there is a breach of the preceding guarantees, the member shall be responsible for any damages caused thereby and shall indemnify LINKGOODS for any damages caused thereby.
